Tracking several prop firm accounts

Information checked on 16 October 2026

Running several challenges in parallel, keeping a funded account and testing another: the number of accounts grows fast. Each prop firm has its own dashboard, rules and hours. Here is a method to keep a clear view.

1. Bring the accounts together

Opening five dashboards every morning makes you miss what matters. With Equidra, install the robot in the MetaTrader 5 terminal of each account: they all appear in the same overview, with the same calculation method, whatever the broker.

2. Group by purpose

Put the accounts in groups: "Challenges", "Funded", or one group per firm. A group is tracked as a single portfolio: equity, drawdown and exposure of the whole set. You can see, for example, whether two accounts carry the same exposure on the same symbol.

3. Watch the right drawdown

A prop firm's loss limits often apply to equity, open positions included: check the exact definition in its rules. In that case, a drawdown computed on the balance can look comfortable when the limit was nearly reached. Equidra rebuilds the equity drawdown from the full history; see Why your drawdown is underestimated.

4. Be warned before the limit

Create alerts on the current drawdown, equity or floating loss of each account, with a threshold set before the prop firm's limit. They arrive by email or Discord.

What Equidra does not do

Equidra does not configure each prop firm's rules (daily loss, profit target, trading days) and does not tell you whether a challenge is passed: the prop firm remains the sole judge, on its own dashboard. If you want automatic tracking of these rules, Myfxbook offers Prop Shield, live with its Live Update subscription (checked on 16 October 2026).

How many accounts?

The Free plan tracks 2 accounts, Pro 10 accounts and Expert 100 accounts. Details are on the Pricing page.

Equidra is an analysis tool, not investment advice.
