Data processed
Account: name, e-mail address, encrypted password, language and display preferences.
Security: IP address and browser of each sign-in session.
MetaTrader 5 accounts you connect: account number, server, broker, trade history, positions, equity and margin data sent by the robot.
Alerts: rules you create, alert history and the delivery address you choose (e-mail or a Discord link you provide).
Subscription: plan, dates, customer identifier at Stripe. We never receive your card details.
Cryptocurrency payment: plan, period, amount, coin used, amount received, payment identifier at NOWPayments and public transaction hash. We hold no wallet key.
Purposes and legal bases
Providing the service you asked for: calculations, charts, alerts and sharing (performance of the contract).
Securing accounts and preventing abuse (legitimate interest).
Managing the subscription and meeting accounting obligations (contract and legal obligation).
We do not sell your data and do not run targeted advertising.
Recipients and processors
OVH SAS hosts the application, the site and their data in France.
Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL sends the service e-mails (alerts, account security) from its Paris region (Amazon SES eu-west-3); this data stays hosted in the European Union.
Stripe collects payments as reseller and processes payment data under its own privacy policy.
NOWPayments (Nowpayments.io) processes cryptocurrency payments on behalf of Equidra and receives for this the order amount and its identifier, without your e-mail.
Discord or the AI tool you connect only receive the data you choose to send them.
Retention
Account and MetaTrader 5 account data: as long as your account exists. They are deleted with the account.
Sign-in sessions: 7 days at most.
Technical logs: as long as needed for the security of the service, 12 months at most.
Alert history: 90 days.
Accounting records: 10 years, kept by Stripe for the sales it makes.
Invoices of cryptocurrency payments issued by Equidra: 10 years, including after the account is deleted.
Cookies and local storage
The application uses a single cookie, required to stay signed in. Theme and language are kept in your browser.
Neither the site nor the application uses audience measurement or advertising cookies, so no consent banner is needed.
Your rights
You may access, correct, erase, restrict, object to and receive your data in a readable format. Write to contact@equidra.com. To delete your account, write to the same address from the account e-mail.
You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
