Purpose
These terms govern the use of Equidra, a service published by Nicolas EGERMANN, sole trader (RFPSB) (see the legal notice). Creating an account means accepting these terms.
The service
Equidra is an analysis tool for MetaTrader 5 accounts: it rebuilds equity, drawdown and exposure from the data sent by the robot installed in your terminal, and sends the alerts you set up.
Equidra is not investment advice, places no orders and manages no funds. Your trading decisions remain your sole responsibility.
Account
You provide a valid e-mail address and keep your password confidential. You only connect MetaTrader 5 accounts you are entitled to view.
Plans and trial
The Free plan has no time limit. The Pro and Expert plans add accounts, alerts and AI connections, as shown on the current Pricing page.
A free 14-day trial of the Pro plan is offered once per user, without a payment method. When it ends, the account returns to the Free plan unless you subscribe.
Beyond the plan limits, extra accounts are paused and their data is kept.
Sale and payment
Paid subscriptions are sold through Stripe (Managed Payments), acting as reseller. The selling entity, its terms of sale and the invoice are shown on the payment page and on the invoice; payment, VAT and any refunds fall under those terms, accepted at payment, which apply in addition to these terms.
Prices are shown including VAT on the Pricing page. The subscription is monthly or yearly and renews automatically until cancelled.
Cryptocurrency payment: a one-month or one-year period can also be paid in cryptocurrencies through NOWPayments. In that case, RFPSB sells directly, without Stripe: one-time payment at the Pricing page price, with no automatic renewal and no promo code. The period starts when NOWPayments confirms the full payment; paid during a running period, it starts when that period ends. A partial or late payment, or one in a coin other than the invoice’s, opens no right until it is confirmed; we settle or refund it at your request. An Equidra invoice is sent to you by e-mail.
Right of withdrawal
At your express request, made by ticking the box in My subscription before paying, the service starts as soon as you pay.
You may withdraw without giving any reason within 14 days of subscribing. You are then refunded the price paid minus the share matching the service provided until your withdrawal, calculated pro rata by day (article L221-25 of the French Consumer Code).
To withdraw, write to contact@equidra.com, for example using the model form below (articles L221-5 and R221-1 of the French Consumer Code). The refund is made within 14 days, with the payment method used, through Stripe acting as reseller.
For a cryptocurrency payment, the same rule applies: the refund, pro rata of the remaining days, is made in cryptocurrency or stablecoin, for the euro value paid, to the wallet address you give us.
Annex: model withdrawal form

Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from My subscription, "Manage my subscription" button. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid; the account then returns to the Free plan.
We may suspend an account in case of fraudulent use or use contrary to these terms, after informing you except in an emergency.

How your data is processed is described in the privacy policy: https://equidra.com/en/legal/privacy.
Liability
Calculations depend on the data sent by your terminal and your broker. We take reasonable care over their accuracy and the availability of the service, without guaranteeing that it is free of errors or interruptions.
We are not liable for trading losses or for decisions made from the information displayed. This limit does not apply to gross negligence, wilful misconduct or breach of an essential obligation of the service, and does not reduce any right the law grants you as a consumer.
Changes and governing law
Changes are published on this page with their date and announced on the What's new page of the application. Any change unfavourable to paying subscribers is announced 30 days before it applies. These terms are governed by French law.
In case of dispute, write first to contact@equidra.com. You may also use a consumer mediator free of charge.
