The program
Every Equidra account is a referrer, with nothing to apply for: it has a personal link and code, shown on the Referral page of the application. These terms are part of the terms accepted when the account is created.
A visitor who follows your link is remembered for 60 days; if they then create their account, or enter your code at sign-up, they become your referral, permanently. An account that already existed is never attached.
Referral benefit and commission
Your referral automatically gets 20% off the first month of a monthly subscription, or 10% off the first year of a yearly subscription, on their first card payment.
Each payment of your referral earns you a commission of 30% of the amount paid excluding tax, for 12 months from their first payment. A commission stays pending for 30 days, then becomes earned; it is cancelled if the payment is refunded or disputed during that time.
Earned commissions are paid once a month as soon as their total reaches €50, by the payout method you provide.
Promotion rules
Every content containing your link or code carries a visible "affiliate link" mention or equivalent, as required by French law no. 2023-451 on commercial influence.
No promise of earnings, and no presentation of Equidra as investment advice: Equidra is an account tracking tool.
No association of your link with the promotion of a forex or CFD broker.
No paid advertising on the Equidra name (keywords, ads or domain names).
No self-referral, fake accounts or unsolicited messages (spam, mass messaging).
Sanctions
A breach of these rules allows us to suspend your referrals and cancel your pending commissions. A suspension has no effect on your own subscription.
